General Terms and Conditions of online store

The General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store of the Internet.si (hereinafter: online store) are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the international codes for e-commerce. The online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by the company Web Planet d.o.o., Markova 21, 6000 Koper, hereinafter referred to as the provider. The user is a person who uses our system, that is, the buyer in the online store. Upon registration to the online store, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as the address of his e -mail, which he defines in his profile and password. The user name and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the information completed. After registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, the user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

Ways to pay
In the online store, the provider provides the following payment methods:

- payment by pro forma invoice - by transferring to the provider's account
- payment on delivery - with payment to the courier upon delivery; The cost of the pity at the courier is borne by the seller.

- Payment by credit card on an online order

- Payment via PayPal On online order
 

The bidder issues an invoice to the buyer on a permanent medium, with a breakdown of costs and instructions on how to resign from the purchase and return the items if necessary and possible.
The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server and accessible to the buyer at any time at his user profile (my profile).

 

The prices and validity of the offer

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless explicitly written differently. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. 
The stated prices in the online store are irrevocable and are valid only when ordering via the Internet, so some products may result in a variation of prices in the online store and other stores across Slovenia. Prices are valid in the case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions. Despite the exceptional efforts to provide the most up -to -date and accurate information, the price information may be incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the bidder will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, while at the same time the bidder will offer the buyer a solution that will go for mutual satisfaction. If the product is not in stock, there may be a change in price, which the provider informs the buyer. The pictures can only be symbolic and do not always reflect entirely of the actual state.

 

Validity of Action Offer
The deadlines for the campaign are listed at the action itself and may differ from each other.

 

The purchase process
1. Order accepted - After placing the order, the buyer receives an e -mail notification that the order is accepted. In this step, the buyer has the opportunity to cancel the order within one hour. The buyer is always available on the provider's website, comprehensive information on the status and content of the order.
2. Order confirmed - If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order is further processed, when the tenderer inspects the contract, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms or rejects the order. The Bidder may call the buyer on his contact telephone number to verify the information or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering goods that the tenderer does not have in stock in his own warehouse, the tenderer is exclusively related to the delivery by the provider's supplier and to the time in which the tenderer can deliver the goods to the tenderer. By email, the provider informs the buyer of up -to -date information regarding the supply of goods. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can report it to the provider who will remove the item from the order and return the buyer of any funds already paid, and the other items from the order by the buyer's choice, or supplied, or cancel the entire order. The Bidder assumes no responsibility for the damage caused by longer delivery times or due to the lack of goods that the tenderer does not have in stock in his own warehouse.
3. The goods are shipped - the provider prepares, dispatches, dispatch and informs the buyer by email within the agreed deadline. In the aforementioned e -mail, the bidder also informs the buyer about the policy of returning the goods, where he can turn in case of delay in delivery and where he can contact in the event of a complaint.

 

Right to withdraw from purchase, return of goods
The buyer has the right to return the goods purchased within 14 days of receipt of the goods without any reason. The buyer must inform the tenderer in writing of the intended return, to the contact email: info@splenet.si or by mail. The consumer must return the goods to the consumer within 14 days after the written message of resignation from the purchase. The products must be unused and undamaged. A copy of the invoice must be attached. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The Bidder shall return the full purchase price (shipping costs) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the consumer resignation message from the purchase.

The return option does not apply to software, CDs/DVD, video games, books and consumables, in case the safety seal or original packaging has been removed.

 

Guarantee
The products in the online store are subject to warranty conditions in accordance with Slovenian law. Products have a warranty if it is listed on the warranty certificate, invoice or advertising message. The product supplier guarantees the quality of the product or the seamless operation within the warranty period if you use it in accordance with its purpose and the instructions provided. The warranty period begins on the day of picking up the goods by the buyer.

 

Delivery time and delivery
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with GLS Slovenia or, if necessary, through another courier service. The purchased goods are usually available within 2. To 7 working days, unless otherwise marked. Due to holidays or weekends, shipping time can be extended, so please understand. If the order cannot be delivered within the promised deadline for unpredictable reasons, we will notify you to your email or telephone. 

We want to please all customers in the online store, so we deliver the goods purchased anywhere in Slovenia. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the ordered products in your GLS Slovenia unit. The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational resources to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.

 

The right to privacy
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. All information obtained through the website www.splenet.si will be used solely for sending information materials, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.

 

Communication
Advertising emails must be clearly and unambiguously labeled as advertising messages. The sender must be clearly visible. The user's desire to receive no advertising messages will be unconditionally considered.

 

Undressing responsibilities
The Bidder, to the best of his possibilities, strives to ensure the up -to -date and correctness of the information published on his pages. However, the properties of the products, their availability and price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the product ordered. All photos of the products are symbolic and do not provide product properties. We are not responsible for typing errors.

 

Complaints and disputes
The Bidder complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints and complaints can be sent by e -mail info@splenet.si or by classic mail to the provider's seat.

 

Within five working days, the bidder must confirm that he has received the complaint, to inform the user how long he or she will consider it and keep him informed of the course of the procedure. The Bidder strives to the best of their ability to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. However, if this was not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Koper.
